By accessing or using Cyneflix, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The operator may revise these terms as the service changes; the updated date above identifies the latest posted draft. Material changes should be communicated where reasonably practical.
2. The service
Cyneflix provides a web interface for discovering entertainment information and accessing features such as search, watchlists, playback-related tools, manga discovery, and links to third-party destinations. Catalog information and availability can change. A listing or link is not a guarantee that a title is available, authorized in your location, or suitable for you.
Some features require an account. Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued. Cyneflix does not promise uninterrupted access or a particular catalog, quality level, or result.
3. Accounts and watchlists
Sign-in is provided through Firebase Authentication, including available Google sign-in. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.
Watchlist and playback-related features may store information in your browser and, when signed in, may sync account-scoped information with the service’s data providers. Do not share an account or submit information you do not have the right to provide.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to Cyneflix, its accounts, or its infrastructure; interfere with other users; circumvent access controls; or use the service to infringe another person’s rights. Do not misrepresent your identity or submit false rights notices.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third-party rights, and may respond to reports or legal requirements.
5. Third-party services and links
Cyneflix may use or link to independent services for authentication, catalog metadata, hosting, advertising, and other functionality. Examples may include Firebase, Cloudflare, TMDB, and external manga or media services. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Cyneflix does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Use official third-party destinations under their rules. A link is provided for convenience and does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.
6. Copyright and rights notices
Respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe material accessible through Cyneflix infringes your rights, use the process on our DMCA page. A notice must be accurate and submitted by an authorized rights holder or representative. Knowingly false claims may have legal consequences.
Titles, artwork, marks, and metadata may belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of third-party material.
7. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not warrant that information is complete or current, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that third-party content will remain available.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law. The operator should have qualified counsel tailor these provisions to the applicable jurisdiction.
